      This Privacy Policy contains information about the collection, use, storage, processing and protection of personal data of users of the SuperAgent application, with the purpose of demonstrating absolute transparency on the subject.

      This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the SuperAgent application and is part of the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the SuperAgent application, created by Marcos Vasconcellos.

      The objective of the software is to bring together the various artificial intelligence models in one place. Instead of the user having several applications for each AI model, they will have just one, and can register them individually. Registration will be limited to the name of the model and the API key. In addition, new possibilities for use are added to the app that may not be available in the proprietary apps or are presented with restrictions on use.

      Important: The application is a communication interface between the user and the corresponding AI platform. Therefore, in many cases, the SuperAgent will be restricted to what the model chosen by the user chooses, such as: number of tokens accepted for input and output of search, number of queries, etc.

      Important: We do not provide model subscriptions. Registration on each platform, as well as the acquisition of the API key, is the sole responsibility of the user.

      The user's personal data is collected by the platform and saved in a database; It is used to improve the search of the artificial intelligence agents, mainly: Country and State.

      The olhovivo.app.br server stores customer data. It will not be made available to third parties. To date, the data stored on our platform is: Name, email, city, state, country, password to access the platform (encrypted), internet search API-Key (encrypted), search user code (encrypted) and the model's API-Key (encrypted); Nothing else.

      By using the services, the user is consenting to this Privacy Policy.

      We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so it is recommended that the user review it frequently.

      Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately after they are published on the platform. By using the service or providing personal information after any changes, the user demonstrates his/her agreement with the new rules.

      Brazilian law will be fully applied to the resolution of disputes arising from this instrument.

      Any disputes must be filed in the court of the district where the developer is headquartered, in this case Brasília - DF, Brazil.
